Twenty-five years have passed since the tragic events of September 11, 2001, yet the memory of that day remains forever etched in the heart of our nation. On that morning, nearly 3,000 innocent lives were lost, countless families were forever changed, and America faced one of the darkest moments in its history.
Today, we pause to honor the victims, families, remember the heroes, and recognize the resilience that emerged from unimaginable loss. We remember the first responders who rushed toward danger, the passengers who demonstrated extraordinary courage, the military members who answered the call to serve, and the communities that united in compassion and strength.
As we mark 25 Years of Remembrance, we reflect on the values that carried our nation forward—courage, sacrifice, unity, and hope. The legacy of 9/11 is not only found in the tragedy itself, but also in the enduring spirit of those who chose to help, heal, and rebuild.
Though the years have passed, we will never forget the lives lost, the heroes who emerged, and the lessons learned. Their memory continues to inspire future generations to stand together, cherish freedom, and honor the enduring strength of the American people.

These forms are available for active Law Enforcement/Corrections Officers only through approval of the Lodge. FOP Active Members must already be a member of FOP Legal Defense to qualify for the life insurance benefit which is provided at no additional cost. If you do not have Legal Defense coverage and would like to this to your membership, complete the Legal Defense Application and send it here.
